Bread & Jam’s second annual Plant-Based Summit returns featuring a blockbuster lineup of brands including Oatly, Quorn, THIS! and more.
From the organisers of the UK’s largest food and drink founders festival, the event will take place on October 14th at Conway Hall in London. Described as a “must attend event for plant-based challenger brands,” Plant-Based Summit will see a wide range of retailers, distributors, investors and suppliers come together all under one roof for a day of pitching, networking and educational talks.
Unique to the Plant-Based Summit, the event gives brands the platform to pitch some of the UK’s largest retailers including Waitrose, Tesco, Whole Foods Market and more. To apply for pitching, brands must hold a ticket to the festival and submit their application by midnight 5th of October.
As well as the opportunity to pitch, visitors can expect discussions from notable names including Andy Shovel, Co-Founder and CEO of THIS!, The Pack’s Damien Clarkson, Oatly’s UK General Manager, Ishen Paran and representatives from other household names in the space.
Topics will include: ‘The Latest Consumer Trends in Plant-Based’, The Plant-Based Investment Landscape’, ‘Have Plant-Based Meats Lost Their Way’, and more timely discussions all curated to help brands navigate the current uncertainty in the market.
“Brands can expect a day of insightful and challenging conversation about how we can drive the plant based category forward and keep up the momentum,” said Bread & Jam Co-Founder, Jason Gibb.
“We’ve pulled together a full day’s programme of industry leaders who will share their experiences of building some of the most iconic plant based brands, as well as retailer and investors.”
