Veganuary 2023 is shaping up to be the biggest yet. In 2022, Veganuary saw an increase of sign-ups, with 629,000 people worldwide committing to try vegan for the month of January. This year, it was revealed that one person was signing up for the challenge every 2.4 seconds. That’s a lot of people trying vegan this year!

Veganuary may be coming to an end for 2023, but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep the vegan party going. You can always sign up to ‘Try Vegan’ on Veganuary’s website, and receive their amazing resources via email, like delicious recipes, Veganuary’s Celebrity Cookbook, nutritional advice, and more.

To provide you with some inspiration, we’ve selected five of our tried and true favorite products to recommend to vegan newcomers. Happy Veganuary!

Juicy Marbles Whole-Cut Loin

Known for their Thick-Cut Filet, Juicy Marbles’ newest addition to their lineup is the Whole Cut Loin. With over 1.5 lbs of 100% plant-based meat and 26 grams of protein, this cut allows everyone, from the novice cook to the experienced chef, the ability to cook up delicious and satiating meals.

The VEGWORLD editors enjoyed the Whole-Cut Loin as a classic pot roast, slow-cooked with onions, carrots, and potatoes for a filling meal with leftovers. Roast, grill, broil or pan-fry it; cut it into filets, chunks, or slices – the possibilities are endless!

The Whole-Cut Loin is available in packs of three or six with shipping included. To purchase and keep up-to-date on Juicy Marbles’ next release drop, visit, and check out a few of the delicious ways to cook it up here.

Credit: JUST Egg

One of the fastest-growing egg brands in America is made from plants! Made from mung beans, one of the most sustainable plants on earth, JUST Egg scrambles, fluffs, and bakes – completely replacing chicken eggs.

JUST Egg is available in grocery stores across the United States and Canada in a pourable liquid, frozen folded style, and frozen sous vide bites. Looking for plant-based eggs on the go? JUST Egg can also be found at favorite coffee shops, like Caribou Coffee, Peet’s Coffee, and Philz Coffee.

We love enjoying JUST Egg scrambled and topped in a breakfast sandwich – just add your favorite vegan cheese, breakfast sausage, and bagel. Get inspired with recipes and find JUST Egg near you at

Violife Just Like Sour Cream

Violife’s newest innovation is a tangy, creamy, dairy-free sour cream. The perfect swap in all recipes that require sour cream, Just Like Sour Cream is a versatile addition to your refrigerator. Add it to dishes, from creamy stuffed potatoes to delicious pound cakes, or top your favorites, like nachos, tacos, and chili.

We’ve been loving Just Like Sour Cream on air-fried baked potatoes with Earth Balance, nutritional yeast, and steamed broccoli.

Violife Just Like Sour Cream is available now at participating Walmart locations across the United States.

Thrilling Foods Bakon

Credit: Thrilling Foods

Thrilling Foods Bakon is no ordinary plant-based bacon. Made with first-of-its-kind technology that alternates lean protein with protein-bound fatty streaks, Bakon™ renders and fries in its own fat like conventional pork bacon, infusing it with natural umami flavors. This exciting technology recently won Thrilling Foods a U.S. Patent, with other U.S. and international patents pending.

The genuine flavor and texture of Bakon will wow even the most ardent of “but bacon though” folks. Check out how to cook, purchase, and find Bakon near you at

Brave Robot Animal-Free Ice Cream

Credit: Brave Robot

Ice cream, made better. Brave Robot’s innovative animal-free ice cream is made with real dairy with no impact on animals. If this sounds wild to you, it did to us, too! Brave Robot uses non-animal whey protein made by partner Perfect Day that is molecularly identical to whey from cow’s milk, except it is made through fermentation. This process means using less land, less water, and less greenhouse gas emissions to create animal-free dairy ice cream that is not like dairy, it is dairy – just without the cows.

Brave Robot is available at grocery stores nationwide in the United States in eight creamy flavors – Vanilla, Blueberry Pie, Buttery Pecan, A Lot of Chocolate, Vanilla ‘N Cookies, PB ‘N Fudge, Raspberry White Truffle, and Hazelnut Chocolate Chunk. The Raspberry White Truffle is our personal favorite, but we love each of the flavors and their super creamy texture.
