Clean-label, plant-based deli meat company Plantcraft today announced its new products are now available in Los Angeles at Erewhon organic grocery stores. Erewhon’s six stores now carry Plantcraft’s rich and creamy Plantcraft Pâtéin both spicy and mild flavors. The first plant-based pâté on the commercial market, Plantcraft Pâté delivers the smooth, rich texture of traditional pâté from novel ingredients including green banana flour, and a smokey, savory taste. Beyond the charcuterie board, Plantcraft Pâté boasts a variety of uses including sandwiches, appetizers, even fillings for ravioli, tacos, and more.
Plantcraft has developed production methods that are vastly different from conventional plant-based meat analogues and processed animal meats. Differences include:
  • Clean ingredients: green banana flour, golden flax seeds, grapeseed oil, onion, garlic, herbs and spices
  • Clean label: no additives, preservatives, or artificial ingredients; non-GMO
