When did you launch the business?

What led you to where you are today?

As a plant-based chef & culinary consultant, I understood that there is no good solution to the egg experience for people who choose to eat plant-based & sustainable foods. Then I started to develop the perfect plant-based sunny side up.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey? 

I wish I knew all the important aspects of running a food tech company.

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far? 

The most difficult decision is to decide about our target market that would allow us to launch our egg in the most effective way.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

I would be happy to help with my culinary knowledge & to encourage new entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you? 

Creating new acquaintances and partnerships with key people and professionals from the community who can help & promote YO-EGG.

Fun fact about you: 

I started the company together with my husband almost 2 years ago and in about a month our 4th daughter is about to be born at the same time as YO's first eggs.
